The department of hospitality science of Milagres college attended the industrial visit on January 24th 2023 to YENEPOYA FOOD CRAFT from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The students were accompanied by faculty staff Mr. Akhil ET and Ms. Vineetha Mendonca. The staff of food craft explained the students about the method of food preparation, equipment used and its storage. Also students were taken to the laundry to see the steps followed during laundry cleaning of clothes. The total number of students attended are 85 out of which 18 from 1st BHS, 30 from 2nd BHS, and 37 from 3rd BHS. The students also visited the campus and after the lunch students headed back to the college at sharp 1:30 pm all students reached college back and last hour was conducted as usual till 2:50 pm in respective classes.
