On account of “World Ozone Day” Milagres College organized an awareness program on 16th September 2023, to the Milagres degree students at 10:00 am. Ms. Thasneem student of II FND spoke about the global significance that reminds us of the importance of preserving our planet's ozone layer. The ozone layer in the Earth's stratosphere contains high concentrations of ozone that shield us from harmful UV radiation, safeguarding life on our planet. Preserving the ozone layer stops sun damage like skin cancer and cataracts, protects nature, and keeps our world healthy for us and future generations. It's essential for a balanced environment. “Earth without the ozone layer is like a house without a roof” hence save the ozone layer.
