Hospitality science association in collaboration with hospitality science department organized international tourism day on 27-09-2023. A short message was given by the student which explained the importance of the day. The main objective of conducting this programme was to give importance of tourism in one’s life. Mr. Denzil Dcosta, HOD of hospitality science department along with Ms Vineetha Mendonca, Hospitality association co-ordinator and lecturer Mr. Arith Dsouza conducted this programme. BHS students cooked delicious international cuisine as a representation for International tourism day. 10 students from each class total of 30 students participated in the cooking. The prepared dishes were displayed in the training kitchen. Lecturers from different department were invited to taste and give feedback to the students. The programme was ended with a group photograph.
